The Annual Bronze Collective Theater Fest is a vibrant celebration of African American theatrical arts, showcasing a diverse array of performances that include drama, dance, storytelling, comedy, and music. This festival aims to highlight the voices and talents of local performers and theater groups of color, fostering a sense of community and cultural expression.

  • Performances: Each year, the festival includes a mix of new works by local writers and classic plays that explore themes of black identity, civil rights, and the historical contributions of African Americans. For instance, past festivals have featured works by renowned playwright James Baldwin, as well as various works from the Harlem Renaissance and new plays addressing contemporary issues.
