A woman waits out a tornado in her basement, but there is more than just a storm on her mind...

Angela runs into her basement to wait for a tornado to pass by. As she rides out the storm, she tells her story - her job, growing up with her Judy Garland-loving mother, and her belief in the power of chance. As her story goes on, there may be more to Angela than just a tornado coming...something more dangerous may be waiting for her too, and she will need to gather all of her strength to face it head on...
