Aspie Works presents the encore presentation of its acclaimed staging of Eve Ensler (aka V)'s magnum opus.

In 1996, actor-writer Eve Ensler (aka V) first created this collection of monologues dealing with various aspects of the feminine experience - from body image issues to finding empowerment.   Over 25 years after its premiere, it has become a modern classic, staged around the world.  Aspie Works presented THE VAGINA MONOLOGUES in March 2022 to great acclaim - and it is honored to bring it back for this special encore run. The cast, director and behind-the-scenes team will reunite for this new run of performances.

About the Company Established in 2013 by theater artist Justin Rielly, Aspie Works brings new and rarely-seen works to the Rochester stage. During its 10-year run, Aspie Works has presented shows by playwrights such as Lauren Gunderson, Wallace Shawn and Spalding Gray.
