Pay What You Will at the door
In celebration of the MuCCC's 10th anniversary in Rochester, the MuCCC Fest will bring in staged readings of new plays created by playwrights who are also MuCCC Artists.
Original plays have been an important part of the MuCCC tradition, giving local playwrights the opportunity to workshop and produce their works. Many of these playwrights have gone to become MuCCC Artists-in-Residence - and the MuCCC's website describes these artists this way:
"MuCCC Artists-In Residence are selected on the basis of their work and their commitment to the goals of the Multi-Use Community Cultural Center—to represent diverse, talented voices in the Rochester theater community and to present affordable, stimulating theater to Rochester audiences."
Participating playwrights and their works are TBA.
Each night of the MuCCC Fest will begin at 7:30pm, and it will be "pay-what-you-will."
