In this thrilling drama, Picasso engages in a battle of wits with Nazi authorities threatening to burn his works.

It’s Paris, 1941, and Pablo Picasso has been summoned by German occupation forces for interrogation by Miss Fischer, a beautiful “cultural attaché” from Berlin. 

Her assignment: discover which of three recently “confiscated” Picasso paintings are real. At first Picasso agrees to her request, confirming that the three pictures are indeed his own. But when Miss Fischer reveals that the paintings are to be classified as “degenerate art” and burnt, she and Picasso find themselves in a pitched battle of wits over art, politics, sex, and the cruelties of war.
