The turbulent relationship between struggling writer Milton Klonsky and his mentor, the brilliant poet Delmore Schwartz, is the basis of this engrossing drama.
Warm scenes of their deep friendship alternate with vaudevillian routines and bold theatrics, ultimately painting a harrowing portrait of Schwartz’s unnerving decent into madness. Featuring Brad Craddock and Ross Amstey. Proceeds for this production will benefit the Multi-Use Community Cultural Center (MuCCC). The project is made possible with funds from the Decentralization Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with support of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and the New York State Legislature and administered by the Genesee Valley Council on the Arts. This production will be pre-recorded on-stage at The MuCCC and then available for viewing online on June 4, 5, 11, & 12 at 7:30 pm .
